First-run onboarding

A · Get started panelRecommended

The empty Sites page becomes a 3-step stepper under the real top bar. All three steps visible at once; the site card lands in step 3.

B · Full-screen wizard

One step per screen, progress on top, “Skip for now”. Most focused, but hides the product and is hard to come back to.

C · Compact

Keeps the empty state; one big “Connect your AI” card with prompt chips under it. Least new UI, weakest sense of progress.
